      this is just something for WOTF, since dragonball decided to give it another chance. so with what ever little time i have left i made this wallpaper.

      its simple, and i think i went over board on the smudge. but hey, i like it.

      		 I love this wall paper ! it caught my eye soon as i seen it.I don't think you went to over board on the smudging,it adds a great effect to it.Plus love the pic of the girl and the dolphin.

      If you are willing to take an opinion from me, I would say your wallpaper is very good but if you could change the left side to make it tad bit brighter and change the color of the water so it doesn't look like oil on the ground.

      		 @ Legend: to be honest, i was surprise to actually win it this time around. and i agree with ya, that the water looks a bit like oil. i didn't put much work in this paper, all i did was try and make a decent one. it was basically done so there was more contestants since there hasn't been a big turn out..

      so yea i'm kinda shocked about winning it. but this WOTF is looking really good. quality so much better.

      @ koga: thx for the comment mate, glade u like the smudge, i wasn't sure whether it was 2 much. i was kinda lucky cause it was just a random stock a downloaded in a pack from somewhere, kind of a shame cause i would like to say who made it.

      		 Wow... The smudgy water effects worked well, and I LOVE the girl and the dolphin... Though I have to agree with Legend that the top left corner could be a bit brighter.
      I'd love to have this as my desktop wallpaper... But I'm afraid my relatives may think I have a Lolita Complex. XD
