      		 You need a regulation size and the image and stamp are incredibly fuzzy. There's no real cohesion between your three elements.
      Maybe 2 am is not your time.

      		 The concept is good but the execution is piss-poor.
      I say use that idea and make it better, it certainly has alot of potential.
