you can go in on user CP and then on "edit avatar" on the left side...
Then you choose "option 2" adn press that button, so can you take a picture from your pc...
i don't really know if i write right, becuse i don't use one of my own pictures...
but i hope it works^^

After everyones entryies it's u window you can write in, writer there and then click on
the button "Post Quick Replay"...
after the side has reload you entry are at the last side. of the forum...

How to post massages that everyone can see?- like the others post in introduce urself there?

if you will send a message like an email...
you have to go in to the "contact info" of the perso you want to send to...
so can you find "send private message" (or something like that)...
if you need more helt, just ask ^^
