So did you read the article I linked to??? The 2009 Shounen Jump Fest hasn't occurred yet, though if you want to see it that badly, there are some Anime Tour groups (with expensive tickets) that are organizing to go to the Jump Fest Super Anime Tour.

Otherwise, you're going to have to wait and see if some fansub group is going to pick it up after the DVD gets released next year...
