Lol, I thought so. I have to be honest I haven't really watched "The Melancholy of Haruhi" I tried once but really couldn't get into it.

The old prime minister is urging the new one to pull back and put down his position for he says he is not suited for the job.. well most people does say he is a bit too weak for a prime minister.. sheesh

Oh that is the one thing I am sure of. It is Haruhi from Ouran High. I got it from a Ouran High fan website that had a lot of really nice and detailed avatars.

I downloaded a lot of Ouran High ones and also some Kyo Kara Maoh ones about a year ago. So to be honest I can't remember where I got it. It was off of an Ouran High fan site that had lots of avatars. I usually make my own avatars but I haven't been able to find the time lately plus I really like this one of Haruhi.
