yes you do go to rpg idea and the mod looks at it to see what it is and does it follow the rpg idea rules guide line.

Well Shadow, perhaps it'd be a good idea to join an already existing RP thread before moving on to create your own. I'm thinking Psychic University could be a good idea. Wanna try? I've asked them if they're taking in new members, and I'm still waiting.

i think you have to be of community member status im not sure lol but what you would do is that you would post a story about the rp wait for the mods to approve then they will close it. next you would make up a character sheet and all that good stuff. and you need X amount of people to join before it can be approved i think. look in the http://www.animeonline.net/faq.php

Some forums I know have these text-based role-playing threads... Though you'd have to get a lot of folks interested in your idea before the mods would approve. At least that's what I know from guidelines from elsewhere.
