to post you go on one of the thread or click on new posts find a topic your interested in and reply to it there should be a reply button somewhere on the page. to make a new thread just go on the forum that you want to make a thread and it should say post new thread. make sure what you wanna make the new thread about goes somewhat along with the forum your posting in or the mods will move it to where it should belong.
your sig? you could ask some one to do it for you it just depends if they have the time cuz most of them are really busy just ask around the ppl here are usually nice ^^
