Hey DB it's been a while since we have had a conversation with eachother. How are you doing in your travels? Sad to read that you have already came and gone from the U.S. So what did you think of it? Just recently moved back home myself. Sad to hear that you sold AO but it was a great while it lasted. Now to see how the new owners lead it. Might start posting more just not sure. You know with being busy and all. Hope to hear from ya soon.

Well looks like my blogs are only an annual thing. As I read the blog entry below, this is exactly what I did again today. But now rather than sushi, I often eat "teishoku" which is a set meal of basically anything.

I head to this tiny little restaurant operated by husband and wife. It's a small room smaller than most western bedrooms. Two small rectangular tables in it with 5 kiddy chairs on each side. It's quite an experience and for 890 yen, I am very satisfied. My "teishoku" often comprises a bowl of rice, miso soup, some pickles, shredded cabbage with a few lettuce leaves in between covered with dressing, deep fried pork "tonkatsu", 1 raw egg still in it's shell and bottomless hot tea. Supposed to crack open the egg, add some soya sauce, whirl it around and pour it over your rice.

This is really a big meal and great value for money.

Still in Japan and just got back from 3 weeks in the sun in Oz. New addition to the family is a black toy poodle. She is adorable.

These are the Saturday's I love. Wake up at 6am, do a bit of work then head to the gym at 8am. Back home at around 1pm when it's time for more work and then an afternoon siesta.

The gym is quite intensive - 2kms on the treadmill, a few games of racketball with other members, weights and finished off with a nice sauna. After all this exercise, quite a few calories have been burnt up, so drop by the local sushi train and fill myself with lovely raw fish on rice!

This entry compliments to Soldat of life who mentioned my blog is not up-to-date.

Cheers.

Was supposed to do a fair bit of work today but ended up being on the phone for the majority of it. Anyway, it's always good to speak to friends from around the world using Skype.

Realised that YouTube is really cool! Found "James Blunt - Bloody Cold" on YouTube. Funny for those who want a good laugh.
